- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (+ 1/2 cup for topping)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until fully cooked.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water until just tender; drain.
- In a greased casserole dish, combine chicken and broccoli.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy whipping cream, whisking until thickened. Stir in cheddar and parmesan until melted.
