- 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Season the steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak until browned on all sides. Set aside.
