  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butterscotch chips
  • 2 tbsp crushed pretzels
  • 2 tbsp crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut sugar, applesauce, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pretzels, and potato chips.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  6. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
