  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (or crispy tempeh for a vegetarian option)
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
