  • 2 pounds Fully Cooked Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 medium Turnips (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for turnips)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic (for turnips)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary (for turnips)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for Brussels sprouts)
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic (for Brussels sprouts)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary (for Brussels sprouts)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place turkey breast in a foil bowl to retain juices. Mix softened butter with garlic, sage, thyme, and rosemary; rub over turkey.
  3. Toss turnips with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread turkey and veggies on the prepared sheet pan.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
