  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Beef Rind Crumbs
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sliced Black Olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, parmesan cheese, crushed beef rind crumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place them in an air fryer tray or on a baking sheet.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes or bake in the oven for the same duration until cooked through.
  5. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the cooked meatballs on top.
  6. Cut mozzarella slices into quarters and place one piece on each meatball.
  7. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, then top each meatball with a sliced black olive.
