- 2/3 cup granulated sugar

- 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until tiny bubbles form around the edges. Add 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender, cover, and steep for about 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 egg yolks and 2/3 cup granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Gradually pour the lavender-infused cream into the egg-sugar mixture while whisking continuously.
- Return the combined mixture to low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup whole milk, 1/4 cup honey, and a pinch of salt. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
- Churn in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions until soft-serve consistency is reached.
