Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (plus 2 tablespoons for topping)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/4 cup crushed toasted almonds or salted peanuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut butter, protein powder, and maple syrup (if using). Mix well until smooth.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the pan and spread it evenly.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth. Drizzle on top along with melted peanut butter.
