  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to pie crust package instructions. Roll out the pie crusts, sprinkle them with cheddar cheese, cut into strips, and bake until golden.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and carrots; sauté until softened (5-7 minutes).
