  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 ½ cups flour, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 15 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly.
  4. Spread raspberry jam over the cooled crust, then top with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
  5. In another bowl, mix together remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, cubed butter, and cinnamon until crumbly; sprinkle over filling.
