  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 5 tbsp butter (for caramel drizzle)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract (for caramel drizzle)
  • ¼ tsp salt (for caramel drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together. Gradually add this mixture to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in crushed graham crackers.
  4. Scoop about two tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, shape into rounds, and gently flatten each cookie.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
