  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry mixed salad greens; place in a large bowl.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. Whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
