- 1.5 tablespoons kosher salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup water
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 12 (4 1/2-inch) Homemade Corn Tortillas
- Tomatillo Salsa Cruda
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by charring garlic and dried chiles in a skillet until blackened. Remove from heat.
