  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Bananas (mashed)

  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 4 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Crushed Nilla wafers
  • 2 Bananas (sliced thinly)
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup Milk (cold)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream (cold)

  2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas, vanilla extract, sour cream, heavy cream, and eggs one at a time until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter over the crust, layer with crushed Nilla Wafers and sliced bananas, then pour remaining batter on top.
  4. Bake for about 85 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  5. For topping, whisk instant pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla extract until thickened. Spread over chilled cheesecake and sprinkle with crushed Nilla Wafers.
