- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a blender, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla; blend until smooth. Add cooled butter and blend again.
