- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 19 oz. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 oz. frozen spinach (squeezed dry)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 5 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl. Chill while preparing the burgers.
- Chop sun-dried tomatoes and red onion, crumble feta cheese, and thaw spinach (squeeze out moisture).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, spinach, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into five equal patties.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with the yogurt sauce on buns or as desired.
