  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Sparkling or raw sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats with milk and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix in maple syrup, oil, light brown sugar, and beaten eggs until combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until just blended.
