- Knead dough on a floured surface for five minutes; let it rise covered in a greased bowl for one hour.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread butter and sprinkle filling evenly before adding sliced bananas.
- Roll tightly into a log; slice into 12 pieces and place in a greased dish.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes while preheating oven to 350°F; bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
