  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach filling by cooking cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water until thickened.
  2. For the dough, mix warm water, bread flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, cream, egg, Tangzhong, and vanilla paste until smooth; knead until elastic.
