- 8 oz. turkey strips
- 1 large shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large peaches
- Fresh thyme and basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season chicken thighs with half of the sea salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook turkey strips until dark red; remove and set aside.
- Sear seasoned chicken thighs in olive oil for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Sauté shallots in the same pan for two minutes; add grated garlic and cook briefly.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth; simmer for three minutes.
- Stir in butter and honey until melted; return chicken to the pan along with fresh thyme.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes; add peach slices on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until softened.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh herbs.
