  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne (adjust for spice)
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • 2½ c cole slaw mix
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • â…“ c chopped cilantro
  • tortillas
  • extra lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spice Rub: In a bowl, mix chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, cumin, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
  2. Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish dry and place it in an air fryer basket. Lightly brush with olive oil and apply the spice rub evenly.
  3. Cook the Fish: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Cook seasoned fish for about 8-10 minutes until opaque and easily flakes apart (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
  4. Make the Cilantro Lime Slaw: In a bowl, combine cole slaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt/pepper to taste.
  5. Assemble Tacos: Cut cooked fish into pieces, place in warm tortillas, and top with cilantro lime slaw. Serve with extra lime juice.
