- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne (adjust for spice)
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- 2½ c cole slaw mix
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Spice Rub: In a bowl, mix chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, cumin, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
- Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish dry and place it in an air fryer basket. Lightly brush with olive oil and apply the spice rub evenly.
- Cook the Fish: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Cook seasoned fish for about 8-10 minutes until opaque and easily flakes apart (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Make the Cilantro Lime Slaw: In a bowl, combine cole slaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt/pepper to taste.
- Assemble Tacos: Cut cooked fish into pieces, place in warm tortillas, and top with cilantro lime slaw. Serve with extra lime juice.
