- 1 cup date sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted with 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped
- Pinch salt
- 2.5 cups organic powdered sugar
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened flax milk (or other plant milk)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Proof yeast in warm water for about 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: cassava flour, psyllium husk powder, date sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add proofed yeast and wet ingredients; stir to form dough.
- Cover dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
