- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup miniature vegan marshmallows bits, divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients while alternating with milk until just combined.
