Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 pounds boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub olive oil over the turkey breast and season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned turkey on a roasting pan and bake for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let the turkey rest after removing it from the oven. In a saucepan, whisk together chicken broth and flour over medium heat until thickened. Stir in soy sauce and rosemary to create your gravy.
