  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a jelly roll pan (15×10 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Fold in canned pumpkin and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
