- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for frosting)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (+ 2–3 tbsp as needed, optional)
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for garnishing)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for garnishing)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugars, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
