  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (+ 23 tbsp as needed, optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for garnishing)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for garnishing)
  • Mini chocolate chips (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix sugars, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
