Ingredients
- 12 small sandwich rolls
- 6 slices deli chicken
- 6 slices turkey
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Slice each roll in half horizontally; toast lightly if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side and Dijon mustard on the other side of each roll.
- Layer fillings: place chicken and Swiss on half the rolls, turkey and cheddar on the other half.
- Close the sandwiches gently and press down.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper; brush over the tops of sandwiches.
- (Optional) Place in a baking dish covered with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
