- 6 Boneless beef chops
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1/4 cup Beef or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef chops with dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove excess oil from the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic; sauté for one minute.
- Stir in broth and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
- Mix in parmesan cheese and diced tomatoes; let simmer.
- Return beef chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Serve hot.
