  • 6 Boneless beef chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1/4 cup Beef or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef chops with dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden brown on all sides.
  2. Remove excess oil from the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic; sauté for one minute.
  3. Stir in broth and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
  4. Mix in parmesan cheese and diced tomatoes; let simmer.
  5. Return beef chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Serve hot.
