  • 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 large zucchini (about 1.5 pounds), cut into ½-inch slices
  • ¼ cup ground Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté diced onion in olive oil until translucent; add minced garlic and cook briefly.
