  • 1 can Chicken Breast Meat (10 ounces)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Form the mixture into five equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Cook patties for several minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. For the garlic aioli, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic and lemon juice until smooth.
