  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil (for cooking onions)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and half the caramelized onions to create the aioli.
  3. Combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; form into four equal patties.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
