  • 6 ounces Natural Ground Turkey Sausage
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2/3 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, whipped cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, Swerve sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Preheat another skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter into the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Sprinkle some of the cooked sausage on top of each pancake before flipping.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
