Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- Allow it to cool slightly, then rice the cauliflower using a food processor until it resembles fine grains.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the riced cauliflower using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in a round shape about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
