  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ cup Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Salted Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Pistachio Cream
  • ½ teaspoon Flaky Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and egg until well combined (about 2 minutes). Press this mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×13" baking dish.
  3. In the same bowl, combine cream cheese, two eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter; beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until creamy.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling over the cake base and drizzle pistachio cream on top. Use a knife to gently swirl.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set but center remains jiggly.
