- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 3 ounces turkey slices, torn
- 1 cup grated manchego or parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1–2 cloves garlic, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add Panko breadcrumbs, garlic, and pine nuts; sauté until golden brown.
