- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

- 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2/3 cup Hot Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and softened butter. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine Swerve brown sugar substitute, chopped pecans, and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cobbler base.
- Pour hot water over the mixture without stirring.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
