  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup Hot Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and softened butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine Swerve brown sugar substitute, chopped pecans, and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cobbler base.
  5. Pour hot water over the mixture without stirring.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
