- 2 cups apple slices
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup chopped shallots
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon light or dark brown sugar
- Fresh thyme and rosemary for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme, and pepper.
