- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup basil pesto, divided
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
