  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (divided)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups peeled chopped apples
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
