- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ½ cup of warm water, sugar, and yeast; let rest for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining water, olive oil, salt, and vinegar to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until the dough forms; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or upside-down cookie sheet inside.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with garlic; spread over the dough and top with cheeses.
- Transfer to the hot pizza stone and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
