Ingredients
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup dairy-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons malted milk powder
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 3–4 scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- Optional: crushed graham crackers and coconut whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a blender, combine the pumpkin mixture with ice cream, malted milk powder, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare serving glasses by riming with caramel and dipping in crushed graham crackers if desired.
