  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Green Onions (chopped)
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Red Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, and beaten egg. Mix until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and add meatballs without touching.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by heating soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger in a saucepan until simmering. Thicken if desired with cornstarch mixed in water.
  7. Coat cooked meatballs in glaze before serving.
