  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup all-natural keto-friendly peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 servings of keto-friendly dark chocolate baking chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, egg, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
  3. Roll tablespoonfuls of the batter into balls and gently press each flat to form about 12 cookies.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, then let cool completely on a wire rack.
