- 1 large Egg
- 3 ounces Cream Cheese (for dough)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Melt the cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl until fully melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese with the almond flour, egg, baking powder, sugar substitute, xanthan gum, and vanilla. Knead until smooth.
- Chill the dough in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- While chilling, mix the filling ingredients (pumpkin puree, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice) until smooth.
