Ingredients

Scale
  • 78 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  4. Place them on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. If desired, roll them again after freezing for a smoother finish.
