- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

- 2 lb sirloin or rib-eye steak
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 vine tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 medium red onion (sliced)
- 8-ounce blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (divided into 4)
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade/dressing ingredients: apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour one-third of the marinade over it. Massage into the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes.
