  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground turkey and egg until combined. Add sesame oil, almond flour, ground ginger, garlic powder, and green onions; blend well.
  3. Form mixture into 10-12 meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While baking, whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sriracha, brown sugar substitute, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, serve them drizzled with the sauce or on the side as a dip.
