- 3 cups corn kernels

- 1/2 cup cotija cheese (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli pasta until al dente in boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
