  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raw pecans
  • ½ block sheep's milk feta (crumbled)

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp dried or fresh oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the greens and fruits. Slice the strawberries and crumble the feta.
  2. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until golden.
  3. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt in a bowl.
