  • ½ cup medium onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups bowtie pasta (dry)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
